So many MBA’s in digital media are looking for an entrepreneurial environment in which to build a career – yet it’s always very difficult to search for opportunities.  At best, it involves picking a few gems out of job listings that are filled with large company positions.  At worst, it’s an endless cycle of networking, attending hit or miss events (not ours!), and friend-of-a-friend odyssies.

CoNotes is a new company that tries to take some of the pain out of the process.  At its core a jobs board for startups, CoNotes tries to aggregate and help you filter the startup opportunities you’re searching for.  While a little San Francisco heavy last we checked and short on filtering and advanced search tools, there’s enough here to be very interesting to a job seeker.

We’ll have a feed as soon as one is available… in the meantime, check it out!

What is CoNotes?

CoNotes is your online destination to discover and learn about job opportunities in startup companies. We provide you with information about these exciting startups, and also tools to find the best startup company and job for you.

CoNotes was founded in 2007 by Andrew Chen. Andrew loved the startup environment…the adrenaline, the passion, and the excitement of creating something new. But while a business school student at Kellogg looking for a job within a startup, he found it tedious and difficult to sort through the maze of links and leads, emails and phone calls, just to find out what startup companies were out there, and which ones were hiring. There had to be a better way. And that is where CoNotes was born.
