We’re looking for a Search Marketing Manager who will be responsible for increasing Pronto’s site traffic position through organic search. He/she will play a critical role in developing the strategy for, overseeing the execution of, and measuring the success of all SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful project management, excellent analytic capabilities, sound business judgment, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Prior search engine marketing experience required. Consumer related web experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of Pronto’s overall SEO strategy in conjunction with senior team leaders
- Serve as primary business driver for all SEO tactical development project
- Monitor, and report program key metrics to the company, including traffic and revenue generation, page rank, and pages indexed
- Track, analyze and measure the impact of all new SEO initiatives
- Research new ideas, trends and technologies within the SEO space, providing ongoing feedback and business requirements for the broader Pronto product development team
- Use industry tools to research new SEO opportunities for future program growth
- BA/ BS degree in marketing or related. MBA a plus.
- Savvy online marketer with 3-5 years overall online marketing experience
- Deep knowledge and interest in SEO, SEM, and online media, including a curiosity about latest industry trends, technology and changes
- Must enjoy and be skilled at analysis, data manipulation and data presentation
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytic and quantitative abilities; proficient in Excel and in manipulating data
- Superb written and oral communication skills
