1) Director of Marketing

Seeking a talented Director of Marketing to manage our Online Conversions across all brands. This marketing leader will be responsible for maximizing conversions and the life-time-value of prospects acquired via the internet. He/She will manage web conversion for all brands by leveraging the drivers that increase response and LTV including – but not limited to – messaging, price/offer testing, alternative payment methods, creative & dynamic presentments across Homepage, Landing Pages and Shopping Carts. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for establishing a test and learn agenda and test execution leveraging a multi-variate platform.

This position will provide input on the creative execution of web sites, working in a collaborative environment with Acquisition marketing to define the look/feel of web properties. This position will report to a Vice-President, Marketing.

2) Director of Internet Marketing

Seeking a qualified Director of Internet Marketing to assist in the development and management of its digital acquisition strategy across all brands.  Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing site functionality, content, and digital advertising strategies focused on the acquisition of new customers.  The ideal candidate’s capabilities will include a comprehensive working knowledge of analytical techniques and their application to direct-marketing programs or other marketing or business areas. Prior experiences with media buying, web analytics, and/or consumer research a plus.  This position will report to a Vice-President, Marketing.

Main activities include:
1.       Develop test/experimental design for acquisition marketing campaigns
2.       Identify opportunities for digital acquisition marketing partnerships
3.       Digital media buying and management
4.       Affiliate marketing program management
5.       Email marketing campaign management
6.       Develop business and marketing insights improved conversion for e-commerce sites
7.       Web analytics and campaign analysis reporting
8.       Collaboration in multivariate testing development/construct

Skills for both positions:
1.       5-7 years proven consumer online marketing and online project management experience required, entailing the full life cycle management of multiple online projects at any given time.
2.       5-7 years proven experience in marketing consumer acquisition (CPO, CPA) and campaign analysis
3.       Proven ability to identify, create, develop, and execute new projects and site functionality end-to-end across both internal and external cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing, Creative Design and Usability, Web Development, IT, Systems, Production teams, as well as External partnerships.
4.       Knowledge of web analytics tools (Omniture, Google Analytics)
5.       Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6.       Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work both independently and with teams.
7.       Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude and experience in data analysis.
8.       MS Office

Note:  skill requirements are similar for both jobs, but Job #1 is more analytical, focused more on test design and analysis to drive conversion & life time value and Job #2 is more focused on an interactive skill set including email marketing, online media buying, paid search and affiliate marketing.
