We are looking for a proven internet executive to lead our efforts to make CafeMom a great site for millions of mom users. The winning candidate will be responsible for growing pageviews and unique visitors for cafemom.com. He/she will oversee our efforts to develop genuine insight into our users, maintain clear focus on the metrics that drive the business, and lead the cross-functional teams – product, design/UI, community – that will develop a great product and site experience that meets the needs of our members and visitors.
The winning candidate should have a product, user experience, and / or marketing background at one or more great web companies – ranging from social media to e-commerce. Applicants should have a deep understanding of social media and enjoy rolling up their sleeves to deliver for users. The candidate needs to have a proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable results.
The new SVP / EVP will play a key role in the senior management of the company – involved in all aspects of driving the business.
