•Commercial acumen. Clear ability to discuss, negotiate and complete agreements at senior level. Track record in a commercial negotiation position essential; training in a professional discipline is desirable. • International Experience. Significant track record of success in Global roles / with Global responsibility, including ability to operate and influence within a multinational, matrixed environment at senior/board level. •Project Management. Evidence of initiating, driving and directing business critical change from concept through to delivery. Strong project / programme management techniques highly desirable. •Customer Proposition development: experience of defining and packaging customer facing propositions and taking them to market within a telecoms/digital media environment.
