RESPONSIBILITIES:
Insight
- Lead organization in staying abreast of digital media trends with an emphasis on social media
- Conduct due diligence on competitors, potential partners, and clients
- Develop analyses of industry trends and competitive landscape
Strategy, planning, and execution
- Work with senior management and large advertising partners to develop and recommend actionable strategies for driving growth via innovation platforms
- Develop process for identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing innovation
- Draft plans for bring strategies to fruition
- Actively participate and lead execution of strategies
Additional
- Lead creation and development of presentations for senior management meetings with partners and clients
- Participate in core sales product analysis; analyze client-specific campaigns and cross-program performance
- Support ad hoc Sales Strategy and senior management requests
EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strategy consulting, digital media experience, and an MBA a plus
• Highly organized and a self-starter – ability to set priorities and work independently in a fast paced, lightly-structured environment
• Excellent analytical and oral & written communication skills
• Strong people skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Flexible and can-do attitude!
